Billing

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so that is the name that appears on your bank statement rather than NoVPN. Invoices, payment method and cancellation are self-service in the billing portal, reachable from your dashboard.

For a refund, write to the address above from the account's own address and say which payment you mean. Inside the first fourteen days no justification is needed, and asking here is faster for both of us than raising a dispute with your bank.

Reporting an API problem? Include the request_id from the response, or the X-Request-Id header. With it we can find the exact request in our logs; without it we are guessing.
